Distributed E-Commerce Backend
Five services, one event-driven order pipeline.
A production-shaped microservices backend: five independently deployable Spring Boot services behind an API gateway, coordinating orders over Kafka with idempotent consumers and a dead-letter queue, observable end to end through Prometheus and Grafana.
- Engineered a 5-service backend — Auth, Product, Order, Payment, Inventory — behind an API gateway with service-to-service authentication.
- Built the order pipeline on Apache Kafka with consumer-group coordination and partition-level concurrency, using idempotent consumers and a dead-letter queue for fault tolerance.
- Wrote JUnit 5, Mockito and Testcontainers integration suites with JaCoCo coverage gates enforced in GitHub Actions CI.
- Instrumented every service with Spring Boot Actuator and Micrometer, exporting telemetry to Prometheus/Grafana dashboards.
- Secured 25+ REST endpoints with JWT + RBAC; containerized with Docker and deployed to Kubernetes with horizontal pod autoscaling on AWS.

Bolt.new — AI Website Builder
One sentence in, a running project out — entirely in the browser.
An AI website builder that turns a single plain-English prompt into a 15–25 file running project in under 60 seconds, executed 100% in-browser via WebContainers with no server-side sandbox. Follow-up prompts patch only what changed.
- Turns one prompt into a 15–25 file running project in under 60 seconds, executed entirely in-browser through WebContainers.
- Engineered a Spring Boot 4 + Spring AI backend across 2 REST endpoints, routing each prompt to one of two base templates and streaming an XML artifact of files and shell commands.
- Added multi-turn follow-up support with PostgreSQL + pgvector chat memory, patching only changed files to cut per-follow-up token usage.
- Covered prompt routing and XML artifact parsing with JUnit 5 tests against WireMock-stubbed LLM responses, run on every push in GitHub Actions CI.
