Computer Science engineer who lives between the JVM and the browser — event-driven Spring Boot services on one side, Next.js interfaces on the other, with tests and CI holding the middle together.
The short version
I am a Computer Science engineer who is equally happy tracing a Kafka consumer rebalance and tuning a page transition. Most of my recent work sits on the JVM — Spring Boot services, event-driven pipelines, JUnit and Testcontainers suites gated in CI — with Next.js on the front.
That balance came from shipping to real users. The VLSID fellowship portal replaced a spreadsheet workflow for 1,500+ applications; a summer at IIT Guwahati had me measuring cache replacement policies in gem5. Both taught me that the interesting problems are usually about the data, not the framework.
Outside of building, I spend time on algorithms — 1,500+ LeetCode problems, a 2100 Knight rating — and on mentoring, where explaining something badly is the fastest way to learn you did not really understand it.
